Types of care

Providing over 10.5 million hours of care every year

There’s no place like home. So, we provide different types of care to help our customers live independently in their own homes. We support people with the things that most of us take for granted. Getting out of bed in the morning. Dressing. Shaving. Doing the washing up. Shopping. Having a bath. Going for a short stroll in the park. And much more.

Our Carers travel to people’s homes in the local area to provide personalised packages of care. Our in local communities covers two main areas:

Domiciliary Care – Here our Care Assistants mainly travel to elderly people in the local area who need ongoing assistance to live independently in their own homes.

Reablement Care – Here our Reablement Workers travel to the homes of people who have been in hospital or are recovering from an illness. They provide temporary care until people have regained their independence, relearnt skills and no longer need support with daily living.
