Car Giveaway

As a business we understand how vital a car is to our Carers, so we decided to give away a brand new one!

Launched at the start of June 2016, the Great Big Giveaway saw us enter all Carers who had been with the company for more than a year into a prize draw to win a brand new Peugeot 108. The winner, one of the lovely Carers from our branch in Ebbw Vale, couldn’t believe her luck!

At the same time that we announced our Great Big Giveaway, we also launched the Allied Healthcare Monthly Prize Draw! Drawn on the last Friday of each month, we’re giving away a prize worth up to £500 to one lucky employee, every month!

We know how hard our people work and we feel that we should always recognise outstanding performance. It’s often the small things that make a difference and it is important to say thank you. As a result we run an awards and recognition scheme that includes:

·        Carer of the Month for every branch

·        Superstar Awards – Carer of the Quarter

·        Superstar Awards – Care Coach of the Quarter

·        Superstar Awards – Operations and Support Staff Quarterly Awards.

·        Thank you/well done cards issued by management throughout the business.

Prizes are up to £100. All winners receive a letter direct from the CEO and a certificate of their achievement. All nominees also receive a letter to say thank you for their hard work and outstanding contribution.

Cheap Insurance for Car, Home and Travel

We know how costly running a car can be when working as a carer or support worker.

We have therefore teamed up with an insurance broker noted for its great customer feedback to offer special discounts to company employees on car as well as home and travel insurance.

All car insurance policies with the broker directly include free breakdown and legal cover to save our staff money should they encounter difficulties on the road.

EE Mobile Phone Deal for our Employees, Their Friends and Family

We have teamed up with EE to offer corporate discounts on personal contracts for all of our staff.

All employees and up to four of their friends and family are entitled to 20% off the monthly rental of a new pay monthly plan, every month, for the duration of the contract.
